A dream brought to life. Frank & Sophie Vanhalst, the driving forces behind Atelier Pierre, have transformed their years of experience in design and entrepreneurship into a tangible project: a 1,600 m² building that offers not just space, but also guidance and a vibrant community. “We want to help start-ups grow—not just by giving them four walls, but by sharing knowledge and being actively involved,” says founder Frank Vanhalst.
Space designed for growth. The hub features six warehouse units of varying sizes (from 72 m² to 440 m²), each paired with fully equipped offices of 20 to 25 m². With a ceiling height of 8 meters, even the smallest unit can store up to 84 Euro pallets. There’s also a 100 m² night dock for flexible pick-ups, a multifunctional space, and a “life forest" that adds a touch of nature to the work environment.
More than just a building. What makes this hub truly special is the blend of practical infrastructure with strategic support. Renters are encouraged to set up advisory boards, with Frank & Sophie offering their own expertise. Start-ups like Swivvle—known for their reflective helmets—are already part of our growing community.
With this inspirational hub, we aim to prove that design and entrepreneurship go hand in hand. It’s a place where ideas flourish, where start-ups feel at home, and where the future of creative business takes shape.
