A dream taking shape. Frank & Sophie Vanhalst, the driving forces behind Atelier Pierre, have transformed their years of experience in design and entrepreneurship into a concrete project: a 1,600 m² building that not only offers young starters/companies warehouse and office space but also access to advice and an inspiring community. "We want to help starters grow, not just with 4 walls, but with knowledge sharing and involvement," says CEO Frank Vanhalst.
Space tailored for growth. The hub comprises 6 warehouse units of various sizes (from 72 m² to 440 m²), coupled with fully furnished offices of 20 to 25 m². The 8-meter height allows for storing up to 84 Euro pallets in the smallest unit. There is even a 100 m² night lock for flexible pick-ups, a multifunctional space, and a 'life forest' (levensbos) that creates a pleasant working environment.
More than a building. What makes this hub unique is the combination of practical facilities with strategic support. Tenants are encouraged to establish an advisory board, with Frank & Sophie themselves sharing their expertise. Start-ups like Swivvle, known for reflective helmets, are already part of our community.
